ReDeck is an online company and do not have a showroom premises that our customers can visit. In order to
keep the product affordable, we keep our stock in a third party distribution warehouse where we deliver from
and welcome collections after order has been placed and by appointment. Customers can view our products by ordering a sample.

Yes, you can collect from our local warehouse in Baillieston Glasgow by prior arrangement only. 24 hours’ notice for collection is preferred.

ReDeck boards can be installed in any domestic setting from, gardens to balconies to roof terraces. It can also
be used to reface an old existing deck if the existing substructure is in good condition

ReDeck can be cut, sanded and joined just like natural timber. While expansion needs to be catered for, if you’ve worked with natural wood you can work with ReDeck. It can be fitted to any treated timber substructure using standard woodworking tools. Please refer to our installation guide for further information.

ReDeck does not offer an installation service however, we do work with approved installers that are experienced in installing our product and we would be happy to refer you to them on request.

The supporting joist should be a maximum of 400mm apart. For further information on installation please see
our installation guide.

ReDeck boards have a UV stabilizing agent added to reduce colour fade however, all uncapped composite decking undergoes a natural weathering process after installation. This is a result of UV exposure and natural wood oils being washed out. After about 8 to 10 weeks the colour of the boards will stabilise.

Continued exposure to the UV rays, will lead to a gradual discoloration for uncapped decking boards. Although, the effects will be far less noticeable than with timber decking.

*Lighter coloured boards are subject to grater fade than darker coloured boards

We advise purchasing decking boards in the same lengths to avoid initial colour difference. Please ensure you order the correct amount of boards on the initial order.

ReDeck requires only occasional cleaning in order to keep the surface free of dirt and general grime.

We recommend periodic cleaning of your deck using a mild detergent or household dish soap. You can use a pressure washer to clean your deck but do not run this at greater than 1500 PSI or position the nozzle within 30cm of the boards otherwise this may mark the surface of the boards.

Cleaning will help to keep the boards looking good and will greatly reduce the potential of any mould growth forming on dirt that might build up over time on your deck. Refer to the care and maintenance guidelines for more information.
